Funeral Arrangements
Visitation and viewing will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Gallop Memorial Chapel, 4055 Caratoke Highway, Barco, NC. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at a later date. Gallop Funeral Services in Nags Head has been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations toward Hugh’s funeral expenses may be made directly to the funeral home.
