On April 8, 2026, at the age of 66, Rev. Pamela Kay Williams, a dedicated citizen of Selmer, Tennessee, passed away and claimed her everlasting healing. She left behind a legacy of committed devotion and quiet strength that touched hearts throughout the town she called home.
She gave her life to Jesus in 1983 at Emmanuel Tabernacle Holiness Church, where her spiritual journey first took root and flourished into a lifetime of devotion that guided every step she took. Singing praises to her Savior became one of her greatest delights, as she poured her heart into music that lifted spirits and drew others closer to faith.
In 1998 she accepted her calling to preach and stepped forward boldly as a minister, sharing the message of God’s power and love with anyone who would listen, always with a warmth and conviction that made the gospel feel personal and alive. As a faithful servant of God and a prayer warrior who carried the burdens of others with compassion, she lifted up countless people through steadfast intercession that brought comfort and hope in their darkest moments.
For more than 20 years she attended Grace Apostolic Community Church, also known as Sand Hill Holiness Church, where her presence as a committed believer and encourager left a lasting impression on the congregation and reinforced the values of love and service she lived out daily.
Beyond her ministry Rev. Williams found simple joys in the everyday, loving to garden like her mother with tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers each year, while also enjoying reading, working puzzles, creating jewel art, sewing, and appliqué quilts that reflected her creative and nurturing spirit.
She was a proud and loving mother to her children Basil Williams Jr. and Angelia Williams, grandmother to Katilynn, Maddox, Alex, and Sebastian, and great-grandmother to Zoey, finding her greatest pride and joy in family gatherings and long phone conversations filled with laughter and sisterly teasing.
On Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, there will be a service honoring her life at Emmanuel Tabernacle Holiness Church, 633 Tommy Sanders Rd, Stantonville, TN 38379. There will be visitation on Saturday night and Sunday morning, and then she will be buried in the church cemetery. This will provide family and friends with a meaningful opportunity to remember a woman whose faith, music, and gentle kindness continue to reverberate in the lives she touched.
