Following a brutal stabbing that took place in Kent, Washington, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the King County Medical Examiner’s Office has verified the death of Joseph Christopher Moore, 31. Police were called when a bystander noticed a guy with serious injuries on a sidewalk close to 1711 West Meeker Street, according to officials.
Kent Police stated that officers arrived at approximately 11:54 p.m. after receiving a report of a man lying on the sidewalk who appeared to have been stabbed. Responding officers found Moore bleeding heavily and immediately began providing medical aid until Puget Sound Fire personnel arrived to take over treatment.
