Vasyl Shvets, a 27-year-old Lyft driver from Parma, Ohio, was found shot early Tuesday morning, February 10, 2026, slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle in the 2100 block of East 84th Street near Cedar Avenue in Cleveland.
