The dedicated employee at Lowe’s Home Improvement passed away recently leaving family friends colleagues and the entire community in profound sorrow.
Megan has been employed since October 2020 as a Cabinets Specialist at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where both coworkers and clients valued her kind demeanor and helpful manner. She had a patient and really kind attitude to every day, turning everyday encounters into moments of encouragement and support that improved everyone’s shopping experiences.
Megan, an Aurora High School alumnus, was well-known for her gregarious nature and the close connections she developed over the years. She was a truly kind person who never hesitated to offer a joke or a grin that could lighten even the most difficult situations, according to those who grew up with her. Because of her vibrant personality, she was able to form deep relationships that expanded her social network and gave her a feeling of community.
Family was central to Megan’s world as a devoted daughter sister and friend whose nurturing presence created bonds filled with trust loyalty and unconditional love. She poured her heart into supporting her loved ones offering encouragement and a listening ear that provided stability and joy during both celebrations and challenges. A memorial service honoring Megan’s life will be held on Saturday March 21 at Aurora United Methodist Church where family friends and community members will gather to celebrate her life share memories and support one another during this difficult time.
