We are utterly heartbroken to inform you of a profound tragedy. A 42-year-old Julius Brown Jr. was involved in a fatal accident on February 19, 2026 and did not survive. The crash occurred around 6:43 p.m. on U.S. Highway 27 South near the 14000 block in Belle Glade when the Hyundai Elantra he was driving rear-ended a semi-truck for reasons still under investigation by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office traffic homicide investigators.
Julius, of Opa-locka with strong local roots, was pronounced dead at the scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue while his passenger sustained serious injuries and was transported to Delray Medical Center.
Known for his outgoing personality and deep love for those around him, Julius left behind a lasting impression through his kindness and unwavering support for family and friends.
