The victim of a deadly shooting that occurred Thursday night has been identified by the Cedar Falls Police Department. Jaye’mya E’shay Sudduth, age 21, has been recognized as the young lady. According to authorities, she was shot during the violent confrontation and died as a result.
The shooting occurred at Sudduth’s own residence, an apartment located on Maplewood Drive in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Police and emergency medical services responded to the scene after reports of the shooting. Despite lifesaving efforts, Sudduth was pronounced dead at the location.
