It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Annemarie Geller-Armes, a cherished 54-year-old resident of Knox, Indiana who left this world peacefully on March 3, 2026. Born on May 13 1971 in the same community she called home her entire life she was the beloved daughter of the late Richard Geller Sr and Janice Minix Geller.
Annemarie worked diligently for Lewis Bakery demonstrating consistent dedication and reliability that earned her respect among colleagues over many years. She approached each shift with care and commitment contributing to the daily operations that kept the local business running smoothly for the community.
She shared a devoted partnership with her husband Aaron Armes of Knox creating a warm and stable home that served as the heart of their family life. Together they built a foundation of love and mutual support that sustained them through everyday joys and challenges alike. Annemarie’s role as a wife brought her profound fulfillment and strengthened the bonds that defined her world in Indiana.
As a loving mother Annemarie raised three daughters who remained the center of her universe including Amber Macario Cuatlacuatl of Plymouth Breanna Powers of South Bend and Cheyanne Powers of Knox. She also cherished her two grandsons Cruz and Xavier of Plymouth pouring affection and guidance into every moment shared with the growing family. These relationships brought her endless joy and purpose highlighting her graceful strength as the nurturing force within her household.
Annemarie is also survived by her brothers Richard Dawn Geller Jr and Anthony Brenda Geller both of Knox her sister Carol Geller of Plymouth her mother and father in law Laura and Rick Kruger of Knox and the father of her children Thomas Powers of Sawyer Michigan along with her beloved dog Nova. She maintained close ties with extended relatives finding comfort and happiness in family gatherings that reinforced the connections she valued most.
Friends will be received from 2 PM to 8 PM on Monday March 9 2026 at Braman and Son Memorial Chapel with services following at 6 PM the same day and interment at Fletcher Cemetery at a later date. Though her time among us has ended the warmth and love she shared will continue to guide her loved ones offering comfort and inspiration for years to come.
