John spent much of his life in North Georgia, where he built a home and created lasting memories with loved ones. He carried the values of hard work and integrity instilled in him from an early age. Friends and family remember him as a man who appreciated simple pleasures and remained deeply connected to his roots in the Atlanta and Blue Ridge areas.

A graveside service for John William Hunnicutt will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate the service.
