Dr. Jenny Bennett earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2008 from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, where she first developed her deep passion for feline medicine during her undergraduate studies.
This foundation led her to open Urban Tails Veterinary Hospital in 2020 in Durham’s vibrant Golden Belt campus next to Hi-Wire Brewing, establishing a Fear Free certified practice that prioritized low-stress environments for pets and supportive experiences for their owners. Her vision turned the hospital into a trusted haven for compassionate animal healthcare throughout the region.
Through her dedication to fearless values and sincere relationships with both patients and customers, Dr. Bennett created an atmosphere at Urban Tails Veterinary Hospital where animals felt comfortable and families felt really supported throughout every visit.
